This notice is provided under Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR") and describes how we process the personal data of users of levadigitale.it.

2. Personal data collected

We collect exclusively the personal data you voluntarily provide through the contact form on this site:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Requested service
  • Message and content of your request

This site uses Netlify Web Analytics to collect access statistics. This service runs server-side, without cookies and without identifying individual users: the data collected (pageviews, pages visited, approximate geographic origin, IP address) is processed in aggregate, anonymous form (see the Cookie Policy).

We use no profiling tools. We collect no browsing data other than the technical data required for the site to function and what is described above.

3. Purpose of processing

Collected data is processed exclusively for the following purposes:

  • Responding to information and quote requests
  • Establishing and managing the pre-contractual relationship with prospective clients
  • Complying with any legal obligations

Data is not used for marketing purposes, nor sold or transferred to third parties.

4. Legal basis for processing

The legal basis for processing is, depending on the case:

  • The legitimate interest of the Controller in responding to user requests and in understanding site usage through aggregate, anonymous statistics (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR)
  • Pre-contractual measures taken at the data subject's request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR)
  • A legal obligation where applicable (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR)

5. Processing methods

Processing is carried out using computer and telematic tools, with organizational and processing methods strictly limited to the stated purposes, adopting appropriate security measures (Art. 32 GDPR). Data is processed in accordance with the principles of minimization, accuracy, and storage limitation (Art. 5 GDPR).

6. Data retention

Data is retained for the time strictly necessary to handle your request and, in the absence of a subsequent contractual relationship, for a maximum of 12 months from the last contact. Afterwards, data is deleted or anonymized.

7. Recipients and processors

Data may be disclosed to parties providing services instrumental to the activity, appointed as data processors under Art. 28 GDPR. In particular:

  • Netlify, Inc. — hosting platform, contact form provider, and statistical analysis service (Netlify Web Analytics)
  • Email and communication service providers

Data is not disclosed or transferred to parties unrelated to the stated purposes.

8. International transfers

Some instrumental services (e.g. Netlify, Inc., based in the United States) may involve transferring data outside the European Economic Area. Such transfers are based on the adequate safeguards provided for in Arts. 44-49 GDPR, including the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

9. Your rights

Under Arts. 15-22 GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access your personal data (Art. 15)
  • Obtain rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16)
  • Obtain erasure of data (Art. 17)
  • Obtain restriction of processing (Art. 18)
  • Receive data in a structured format and transfer it (portability, Art. 20)
  • Object to processing (Art. 21)
  • Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent given before withdrawal

10. Complaint to the supervisory authority

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority, the Italian Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali (www.garanteprivacy.it), under Art. 77 GDPR.

11. Nature of provision

Providing data through the contact form is voluntary but necessary to receive a response to your request. Refusing to provide data means we cannot get back to you.

12. Changes to this notice

The Controller may update this notice, including as a result of regulatory or organizational changes. Changes will be published on this page with an updated date.
